Lemnos: Keros Lemnos

Keros beach Lemnos: Keros is an endless beach with soft white sand, distinguished for its natural beauty. It is located on the eastern coast of Lemnos, 32 km from Myrina and 2 km from Kalliopi village. Keros is a turquoise slice of paradise and an ideal place for various water sports, like windsurfing and kite surfing. It is without a doubt the home of the windsurfers on Lemnos since the beach is affected by the strong winds offering the best conditions for sports lovers.

The wind starts early at noon and calms late in the afternoon. Due to the wind and the long distance from the capital town, Keros doesn't get much frequented. There are only a few accommodation options due to the protected ecosystem of the area and some beachfront taverns. Another popular windsurfing spot in Lemnos is the beach of Zematas.
