Most popular and organized beaches on Lemnos are located on the western side of the island and include Plati, Romaikos Gialos, Riha Nera and Agios Ioannis. Beaches on the western side are more secluded but they provide the best spots for windsurfing.

Description: Located close to Moudros, the second largest village of Lemnos, this sandy beach gets popular in summer. It is organized with sun beds and umbrellas.

Description: Gomati is a secluded beach on the northern side of the island and it distinguishes for its strange geology.
