Patmos Kambos 01 Kambos Village Patmos: The picturesque settlement of Kambos is 11 kilometres of Chora and consists of two villages: Kato Kambos (Lower Kambos) and Pano Kambos (Upper Kambos).

The main village is Pano Kambos, home of the beautiful church of the Annunciation. Kato Kambos is a small coastal settlement of about 400 inhabitants. It is a lovely village full of greenery, with an enchanting beach. The whitewashed houses and narrow alleys Kambos create very attractive sceneries.
 
Various taverns, cafes and shops are available as well as many accommodations. Worth-visiting are the small church of Panagia tou Geranou and the church of Saint Nicholas of Evdimos, which is one of the oldest churches of the island. The village of Kambos is linked with the rest of the island by regular buses.
