Lipsi winery was completed in 2013 and has been built to the highest standards, combining traditional island style with the latest production facilities. Situated on a hillside, overlooking one of the vineyards, visitors can taste the wines during the summer months, whilst enjoying panoramic views of Lipsi and the Aegean. The Lipsi Winery vineyards collectively cover an area of around four and a half hectares where the varieties Fokiano, Assyrtiko, Athiri, Mandilaria and Syrah are grown.
