 The
beautiful island of Karpathos produces fine oil, honey,
citrus, and other fruits.

its fine wine, especially for its sweet red wine, produced
in Othos.

plates, beautiful woven fabrics, embroideries and more
are made in Karpathos.

way.
The famous local dish of Karpathos is called “makarounes”
and is delicious home made pasta served with fresh onions
and melted local cheese.
