Agiassos Naxos: Agiassos beach is located in the western coast of Naxos Greece, some kilometres from the Sangri plateau. Agiassos is close to a Venetian castle called Apaliros castle and is the bay where Marco Sanudi landed on 1207 and besieged the entire Naxos. The beach is long and has fine sand and white pebbles as well as clear and calm deep blue waters. Various accommodations and taverns are available near the beach.
