 Since Kimolos is a little off the track for tourist attraction, transportation is not fully developed. The best way to get around the island is perhaps walking. The distances between places in Kimolos are not long. In the harbour areas, one can take the help of taxi boats to travel to some nearby islets and isolate beaches. Taxi boats are there to take you to the little island of Polyaegos where you find the best beaches.
All kinds of vehicles are allowed on Kimolos. Limited public transports like buses and taxis are also available for internal travel in Kimolos, which take tourists to the popular beach |
