General Information:
Cavo D' Oro opened in 1988 and it is located at the old Venetian port of Rethymno, with view to the historical lighthouse. With many years of experience, Cavo D' Oro offers a wide range of Greek and Mediterranean flavors. As it is open all year round, it has both indoor and outdoor dining areas, while some winter nights there is live music.
Traditional products are combined with modern touches and create delicious dishes, such as prawns saganaki, squid gemisto, or grilled octopus. All dishes are prepared and cooked with pure Cretan products and the best olive oil found in Crete. There is a great selection of salads made from locally grown vegetables.
