Athens: Lomvarda Athens

Lomvarda Athens: This small lovely beach is situated 30km south of Athens, close to Vouliagmenis area. A part of the beach is organized with some umbrellas and sun beds, while the other part is secluded. The beach consists of soft sand and small pebbles reaching the edge of the shore. The water is usually calm, except when there are strong northern winds.

Vouliagmenis is one of the well-developed coastal areas in Athens with cosmopolitan atmosphere, therefore the beach gets very crowded in summer. There is a wide range of restaurants and taverns as well as night bars for an evening walk. It is easily accessible by public buses or car.
