Winter Packages: Terms and Conditions
Kindly read carefully the booking terms and conditions for our winter packages.
Customers acknowledge by their acceptance, that Greeka.com, its agents and suppliers in making arrangements for tours, package or transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual tour members, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours and packages. Furthermore, Greeka.com, its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.

Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, and Amex.
Greeka.com & HTG does not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments. Payment will be listed as HTG PA HARITOU & Co LTD on the credit card statement.
Reception of confirmation/voucher
All information regarding travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking so that the traveler receives the confirmation or voucher of the product booked. We cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if the customer does not receive or read carefully his confirmation.
All requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to Greeka.com Customer Service Department who will implement the request.
a) Cancellation Prior to Departure: Please refer to the cancellation fees listed at section Cancellation Fees below.
b) Cancellation After Departure: No refunds are available once an individual tour has started or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
Canceling a booking with Greeka.com may result in cancellation fees being applied. Greeka.com will charge cancellation fees as stated below. Extra fees may be added by the individual supplier/operator above and beyond the fees outlined below. When canceling the booking, you will be notified via email, fax or telephone for the total cancellation fees.
a) Cancellation fees:
- Before 60 days of the departure: only the special cancellation fees are applicable
- Within 60 to 35 days of departure: 30% of the total package price
- Within 35 to 15 days of departure: 50% of the total package price
- Within 15 to 0 days of departure: 100% of the total package price
b) Special Cancellation Fees:
Boat tickets and Airplane tickets have the following standard cancellation fees, regardless of the period:
- Boat tickets: 50% + 5 Euros per ticket
- Airplane tickets: 50 Euros per ticket
c) In case a holiday package is canceled within one day from the date Greeka.com is giving the confirmation, provided the commencement of the holiday is not less than 30 days, a handling fee equal to 40 euros will be applied to the credit card of the client, while the special cancellation fees will also apply.
It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of the passport they hold, to check with the appropriate consulates and determine if any visas are required to come to Greece. As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, it is recommended that verification prior to travel is made for existing foreign visas and health requirements.
Prices are per person unless otherwise specified. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed. Paying a booking means you will be charged in Euros, as quoted on the website. If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, the team of Greeka.com and HTG will contact you for authorization.
Any applicable foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger facility charges and international transportation tax. Tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers, and local guides, passports, visas, baggage, and personal insurance, beverages, and food not listed under inclusions in the travel product (these items are billed to you before leaving the hotel/restaurant) and all other items of personal nature.
We check and recheck facts about the travel product offered to ensure accuracy. When we are informed in advance for a significant change to a booking, we notify the client/travel agent/distributor.
Those hotels listed will be used on most tours and packages. If a change is made for any reason, every effort will be made to ensure hotels used will be equivalent to those originally shown. Please note that it is our standard policy that hotel rooms are not available for check-in before 2:00 pm on the date of arrival.
Greeka provides vouchers for each booking. Vouchers will indicate all the information concerning the booking.
In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.
