New book about a diachronic site

• Category: News
A new book about the archaeological site of Olympia has been launched by the Foundation Ioannis Latsis. This book is included in the editions Cycle of Museums that the Foundation edits and which deals with another museum every year. This 10th book of the edition series shows the diachronic character of the Olympia ancient site, that still inspires through the Olympic Games, and the historical value of the monuments. This book has been edited by the curator of the Archaeological Museum of Olympia, Mrs Georgia chatzi, and will be distributed to the Greek schools as an additional educational tool. Next year, the Ioannis Latsis Foundation will publish an edition about the Museum of Marathon, to honour the 2,500 years since the historical battle of the Athenians against the Persians.
