17th Music Festival on Nafplion

This year's Nafplion Music Festival is dedicated to the Austrian music and artists and from June 20, 2008 and for ten days it is going to overwhelm the capital of Argolida, Peloponnese.
The manager of the Festival, Giannis Vakarelis, along with the Municipality of Nafplion, the concert organizer Forminx Company and in cooperation with the Austrian Embassy and the Austrian Tourism Association, raise the beautiful city of Nafplion as the hot spot of artistic interest.
Renowned musicians and orchestras will represent the music of the country with the greatest tradition in classic music, such as the marvelous Vienna Children's Choir Mozart, the Artis String Quartet, Unicorn Ensemble and the Athens State Orchestra in plays of Mozart and Haydn.
The beginning of the Festival will be at Palamidi with the concert of Altenberg Piano Trio, one of the most interesting chamber music groups.
