The ground floor includes 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped family kitchen with electric oven, electric rings, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine, dining table and a spacious living room with Plasma cable TV, DVD player, a couch that converts to a bed and a fireplace.

The stairs will lead you to another bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and mini-fridge. There are large balconies on the ground floor and a spacious veranda on the upper floor, all furnished and some featuring swings. The veranda also features sun loungers and umbrellas. They are perfect for relaxing while taking in the beautiful views of the blue Ionian Sea and the well kept gardens.

Outside you will find a BBQ area with a built-in sink as well as private parking in the front of the villa. There is air conditioning in all rooms and WiFi internet access is available in all areas. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.
