Corfu Gialou beach

General information

Gialou (or Gialos) Beach in Corfu is a pebbly seashore with parts of golden-colored sand paired with mesmerizing aqua-colored waters facing north towards Çika Mountain! The beach is surrounded by lush vegetation and characteristic, imposing rock formations, while it boasts a smooth, shallow, sand-filled seabed, making it ideal for all swimmers, sunbathers, and watersport enjoyers!

This beach destination is non-organized, featuring a complete lack of sunbeds and parasols on the beach. However, despite its semi-remote location (and the feeling of calmness it provides), one may spot a couple of nearby restaurants serving all-time classic Greek tastes, some rental rooms/apartments, as well as a handful of souvenir and gift shops!
