Sun Village Beach Hotel, located next to the enchanting sandy beach of Megas Limnionas, has a breath-taking view of the Aegean Sea deep blue waters, right across the coasts of Minor Asia and the city of Çeşme. This hotel unit, built by the family of Panagiotis and Despoina Tsouri in 1994 with love and respect for the local color and architecture, has been beautifully created with the purpose of making your stay in Chios truly unforgettable.

Sun Village Beach Hotel has 30 rooms built in levels, in an area of 7000 sq m, really giving the impression of a small cozy village. Our Hotel offers three kinds of rooms: studios, apartments, and maisonettes. Having as our goal to offer you the comfort of a family environment, we have equipped all our rooms with TV-set, air-condition, refrigerator and mini cooker with all necessary utensils. All rooms are spacious: studios of 35 m2, apartments of 55 m2 and luxurious maisonettes of 70 m2, so they can easily accommodate 2 to 5 membered families. All rooms without exception have balconies with either sea view or the beautiful hotel garden view.
