4th Tinos Literary Festival

The 4th International Literary Festival of Tinos is taking place in few days, from July 24th to 26th, 2014. Events will take place in Tinos Town (Chora) and in the villages of Dyo Choria and Pyrgos. This year, 20 writers and poets will participate, originating from various countries like Greece, the USA, China, Mexico, Israel, Denmark, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania and Cyprus.
This 3day festival once again aims to connect the beauties of ancient and modern Tinos with the secrets of writers from all over the world. Writers will read their texts in their language (with Greek translation for the public), so that the audience will get familiar with other modern world literatures. The festival will conclude with a round table discussion at the Cultural Foundation of Tinos, where the writers will talk with the public.
