Enjoy painting, drawing and printmaking classes with Artists on the Move on the beautiful island of Paros, Greece. Participants paint and draw in open settings surrounded by stunning views of the Aegean Sea and amid the picturesque streets of the island’s traditional villages.
You can also spend time in and around the studio that is located in a peaceful and private setting. In order to enhance the artistic journey for participants of Artists on the Move, visits are also scheduled for museums, archaic sites, cultural and artistic events throughout the week.
The art workshops are open to all levels of experience from the complete beginner wanting to learn the basics, to the seasoned professional looking for an idyllic setting. Students may choose to paint in oil, acrylic or watercolor. Printmaking is also taught and employed as an expansion of the painting and drawing process.
The workshops are held for seven days with students working in the morning hours, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. daily. The course is conducted by Neva Bergemann, an accomplished artist and teacher who has been instructing both adults and children in the arts for 18 years. She has exhibited her work internationally and continues to work in various media including printmaking and painting.
Artists on the Move offers a unique experience where physical relaxation and enjoyment of the senses work side by side with artistic expression and learning. Join a session and discover that there is no place like the Greek islands for inspiration!
