Crete2Cape Vintage Air Rally in 2016

On November 9th, 2016, a one of a kind flying rally across Africa is starting from Crete. The event is called Crete2Cape Vintage Air Rally and it is indeed a rally for vintage aircrafts, constructed before 1949, departing from Sitia airport in eastern Crete and arriving at Cape Town, Africa. This exciting and adventurous endeavour will last for 5 weeks and is organized by Viable, a British company with experience in extraordinary events universally. The company aims at re-enacting the beginning of African aviation in the 1920s.
