Limenaria counts on an old school, as well as a large golden domed church dedicated to Agia Kyriaki, which dominates the scene. The small port of Marisa is also a very picturesque area, and its beach with the same name, is popular on the island. Its nice seabed in the deep waters results ideal for diving.

It is a great experience, especially in the sunset or in the sunrise when the light creates awesome shade colors. These places are the most representative ones of this village, since they reflect its traditional charm and simplicity. Regarding the available facilities, Limenaria has two very nice taverns, offering fresh local cuisine at cheap prices. One of them, also sells hand made fabrics, while both of them sell high quality olive oil made by the locals, as well as some spices like oregano, and fruits like figs and lemons.
