The small beach of Katragaki (short name for Kato Tragaki, kato meaning “lower”) in Zakynthos is a narrow, sand-and-pebble seashore with clear, shallow waters! A preferred destination for families with young kids, Katragaki does feature a rocky seabed entrance, though its fascinating, jaw-dropping sunrise view is worth visiting!

Katragaki Beach is a well-organized seashore, hosting large areas filled with relaxing sunbeds and sun umbrellas at a small cost, as well as a diving center! Also, some on-the-shore spots have been covered with lawn grass, boasting a couple of man-made steps that help visitors reach the waters! Plus, guests will benefit from the public parking space directly next to the beach entrance.
