General information

On the southern shores of Lefkada, Ammoussa (or Amousa) Beach is a gorgeous pebble-filled shore that attracts a lot of visitors, largely due to its amazingly-colored turquoise waters! The white pebbles on the shore and the seabed of Amousa reflect the colors of the sea, creating a unique phenomenon, so be sure not to miss it! Also, due to its beauty, many visitors prefer to snorkel and explore its depths!

Ammoussa Beach is a well-organized beach destination since it hosts a handful of beach bars and beachside restaurants that offer sunbeds and sun umbrellas for rent, along with refreshing drinks and any snack of your liking! Furthermore, one may spot showering facilities on the beach! Amousa can be approached by car, by boat, or on foot.
