The city is connected by a good road network to the beaches and all the villages.

The building Green View is built in traditional Ionian style, in one of the best area of Lefkada, the st. Nikitas - (agios) Nikitas village. The building green view is on the main pedestrian, only road 150m from the sea. It is composed of apartments and studios. Every one of them has kitchen and a bathroom. There is parking place too. All studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, with basic equipment, for preparation lunch.

Ionio studios consists of 3 rooms with a double bed and 7 studios with a double and single bed, all with a balcony, those on the first floor with a sea view. The double bed rooms have a bathroom, air conditioning, TV and refrigerator. The three bed studios have a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and kitchenette. There is also private parking available for the studios.

The luxurious and spacious apartments (25 sq.m) are well-furnished, ventilated and fully-equipped with a television, refrigerator cooker. The apartments face towards the east and offer a panoramic view. Parking is provided in on open area for cars and motorcycles.
