The National Theater of Rhodes: The National Theatre of Rhodes is an impressive building ideally located in the Town Hall Square. It is one of the finest specimens of the International and the Fascistic style of architecture. The innovative manner in which glass bricks have been used in this magnificent edifice is truly outstanding.

Initially the edifice was referred to as the "Teatro Puccini". It used to be one of the most up to date theatres of its era, so much so that even operas were performed. Presently the theater serves a dual purpose, theatrical performances and as a cinema.
