Location: 3 km east of Apollonia
Description: Kastro, the old capital of Sifnos, is probably the most picturesque village on the island. Its symbol is a small chapel on the rocks right before the entrance to Kastro.

Description: Faros is a picturesque fishing port with some tourist facilities. Amazing beaches with crystal water mark the coast around Faros.
Location: 6 km north west of Apollonia
Description: Kamares, situated on the western side of the island, is the main port of Sifnos. It has many tourist facilties and an organized, sandy beach. Boats depart from the port and make the tour of the island.
Location: 10 km south west of Apollonia
Description: Vathi is a lovely fishing village with long tradition in pottery. It has a small sandy beach and the nature around consists of olive groves and fruit cultivations.
