 Agios Athanasios square on Serifos: The Pano Piazza Square is situated in Chora on Serifos. Chora hovers on the side of a mountain, overlooking the large harbour. From here there are signboards to Kastro where the main Square stands, in front of the Town Hall or “Dimarchio” building.
Pano Piazza square means Upper Square. The square is cozy with tables from several small ouzeries and a taverna. The 17th Century metropolitan church of Agios Athanasios is also an attraction in the Square. |
