Greece has a lot of museums that give the tourist an idea of the ancient civilization and the culture that prevailed in historic times. In Koufonisia too, there is one museum which is to open shortly in an old school building, and it is going to put up all that has been found there, dating from the pre historic times till today.

Most of the artifacts have been found on the island of Keros, which has since been declared an archeological site, and here the items found are very typical of the civilization and culture of the Cyclades at that time. |
