Established in 2020, Samano Restaurant is situated in Antiparos Town and is part of the Kouros Village resort. It was created by chef Leonidas Koutsopoulos, who became popular as a judge on the Greek version of Master Chef. Its name was inspired by Fortino Samano, a captain of the Constitutional Army during the Mexican Revolution.

The establishment specializes in traditional Greek cuisine with some contemporary, creative twists, creating unique gourmet recipes. It serves delicious meat and seafood dishes prepared with pure, fresh ingredients acquired from Greek producers and presented in elegant ways. Additionally, it offers an a la carte breakfast full of sweet and savory delicacies, perfect for starting the day with a tasty and energizing meal. Guests can accompany their lunch or dinner with a refreshing cocktail or a glass of exquisite local wine from the long list of available options.

The seating area is located on a beautiful terrace right next to the port of Antiparos, providing incredible views of the sea, especially during sunset. Its decoration is based on the bohemian style, with elegant wooden furniture and natural colors dominating.
