Chania Loutraki beach

General information

Loutraki is a charming shore located 16 km east of Chania Town, close to the naval base of Souda. It’s a small, tranquil beach in a small bay surrounded by rocky hills that protect it from the wind.

The coast is covered in fine sand and is organized with sunbeds and wicker umbrellas. The waters are crystal clear, boasting a lovely azure color, and also calm and shallow, making them suitable for children. Near the beach, you will find a large parking space as well as other accommodations, such as taverns and beach bars, where you can taste delicious local dishes and refreshing spirits. The beach also offers water activities like an SUP tour.
