Two of the most beautiful islands in Greece, Santorini and Naxos are both located in Cyclades. Santorini, the top Greek island destination, is world famous for the magical sunset, the vast view to the Aegean Sea and the caldera villages, set right on the edge of the cliffs. Fira and Oia are the most famous villages of Santorini. Walk around the narrow paved streets and enjoy the view from any spot of the caldera. On the southern side of the island, there are nice long beaches to swim.
Naxos may not have the impressive views of Santorini but it has a truly relaxing atmosphere, ideal for people who need to relax in their holidays. Swim in the crystal beaches of Plaka, Orkos and Agios Prokopis, while a drive in the inland of Naxos will bring you ahead traditional mountainous villages and historical sites. If you are a fun of sea sports, have in mind that Mikri Vigla in Naxos is the best windsurfing and kite surfing spot in Cyclades.
