The Villas and Guesthouses' names were the compelling factor as far as their decoration was concerned. Every single one has specific references to the old Pelion architecture and neoclassic buildings. Futhermore, Marilena Guesthouse is also built nearby, with clear Pelion influences in its construction. Agapitos Villas and Guesthouses offer a variety of rooms and lodgings, that can fulfill the needs of all guests.
• Elizabeth Guesthouse
Guesthouse Elizabeth with built in style of Pelion is the first building of the complex. The guesthouse was completely renovated Elizabeth in 2001 and consists of two persons rooms and apartments for four people. All accommodations have a clear view of the Aegean, and most have a fireplace.
• Maisonettes
Maisonettes 68m2 are capable to accommodated comfortably 4 individuals (it exists also the possibility for 5th individual). Are composed from a main bedroom in the first floor, living-room with big couch (where can sleep comfortably two individuals), kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi. Their names Kastania and Magnolia constituted the spark for their decoration which has intense reports in the mansions of Pelion with wooden beds, investments and fat walls which combined excellently with the modern comforts and they offer a mix of minimal luxury and romanticism.
• Suites and Houses
Autonomous homes and suites (min 50m2) that can comfortably accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Composed of one master bedroom, living room with two single beds / sofa, kitchen and bathroom with Hydro massage jets. All of the houses and suites have freely views to the Aegean. The construction and decoration have references to mansions of Pelion with wooden or iron beds, the investment and fat walls to combine well with modern amenities and offer a mix of simple luxury and romance.
• Superior Double Rooms
Rooms with sea view that can comfortably accommodate 2 people (some have the opportunity to host and third person). The names, Camellia, Chloe, Fteri and Rhodi was the trigger for the decoration, which has strong references to classical mansions of Pelion with furniture the Cast Iron fireplaces and great fabrics to give a very romantic and luxurious atmosphere.
• Marilena Guesthouse
Marilena Guesthouse, which stands in a different plot that the rest of the group, is built under traditional Pelion architecture and has 3 apartments, each with the ability to host up to 4 persons. All apartments have an Aegean view and a fireplace. Marilena Guesthouse also hosts the restaurant of the group, where all guests can taste wonderful flavors or drink their coffee in the terrace, looking at the magnificent view or even next to the fireplace, in the winter.
