Skyros Aspous

General information

Aspous village Skyros: Aspous village is a small coastal hamlet located only 5 km sout of Skyros capital. The entire region that consists of a lovely countryside, low bare hills and the endless sea provides an excellent holiday destination. The curvy bay has a small stretch of a sandy beach in the middle. It is lined with hospitable taverns and typical cubic apartments for rent. There are no water sports but you can rent floats from the taverns.

You can walk along the pavement to the fishing jetty where the church of Agios Nikolaos lies by the sea. The best activity here is to stroll around the countryside and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Equally beautiful is the church of Prophet Elias church lying on the hill slopes offering a breathtaking view to the sea. Here you will find many ceramic workshops. Aspous and Achilli are excellent choices for swimming.
