Skiathos Cultural Events

The Cultural Events in Bourtzi, on Skiathos Island: Every summer in July and August, many cultural events take place in Bourtzi, the small islet at the entrance of Skiathos port. These events are organized by the Municipality of Skiathos and are held in the small theatre of Bourtzi.

The events include theatre performances, dancing performances, lectures, and exhibitions. The program is different every summer. Most events are held in Greek, however, occasionally there are events in English so that they are more easily understood by tourists.
