  beautiful place

  Clean, beautiful place to stay in the centre of Alonnisos old village! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The orientation of the building is very nice and (at least when I stayed there) every night there was blowing a breeze that helped sleep well. Every room had a balcony with fantastic view in the sunrise!

  Wonderful holidays!

  We just returned from Alonissos, where we spent five days at Konstantina Studios, which was just wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and the view is astonishing. We enjoyed every morning our breakfast in the wonderful garden. Konstantina made us feel home and was of great help to suggest a restaurant or a beach, pick us up from the port...   Excellent accomodation. The Lonely Planet is right, definitely the best accomodation on Alonissos. Tastefully decorated, very clean and maintained rooms, owner pays attention to details, daily cleaning & exceptionally comfortable beds. We will definitely come back again.

  We had a really relaxing holiday during our stay in the traditional renovated "Villa Dimitris". Beautiful colours everywhere, unbelievable calmness and breathtaking sea view. Hope to come back soon!!

  All rooms have an amazing view .
  The rooms are very well equipped, very clean ,spacy,cool and quiet .
  Konstantina welcomed us in the very best way by offering us special tips for the island and accomondation facilities .
  We ended up our wonderful vacations with a promise to return soon !

  holliday superb

  Our stay in Konstantina Studios was a stay of all dreams coming true.
  The view from the balcony is the most fantastic view we have ever experienced. In the beautiful garden with lots of flowers, and below high pinetrees and eukalypthus we very much enjoyed our breakfast.
  Our room was fine, clean, cool and with a small kitchen. The landlady and landlord showed a great hopitality, friendliness and made us feel comfortable and at home.
  Chora is a very picturesque small town with good restaurants. It is a fine starting point for wanderings in Alonissos, and to small beaches near by.
  We stayed for 14 days, which did not feel long enough and surely we will return.

  What a lovely stay ...

  We stayed three nights at Konstantina Studios and were only intending to stay two, so that says it all. Lovely accommodation, unbelievably quiet, the perfect location for the Palio Chora, with its restaurants, tavernas and bars. Would love to go back someday ..

  Ros and Fabio in Alonissos

  We spent one week at Konstantina studios and we were very sad to leave: the accomodation was daily cleaned and fully equipped. Konstantina, who speaks also italian, is lovely and helpful with lots of suggestions about best restaurants, beaches, boat trips, motorbike rental and whatever you need on the island. The house is located in a very quiet area with sea view, flowers and trees all around, bbq in the garden, walking distance to the lovely old village. We definitively recommend her accomodation to all of our friends!

  We spent 3 wonderful days in June at Konstantina Studios. Very spacious & clean accommodation, convenient location & really beautiful gardens with seating and hammock. Wonderful views from our balcony. Konstantina collected us from the port and took us direct to the accommodation. We would highly recommend this accommodation & hope to return soon.

  We were a group of 7 and had a wonderful stay for 1 week in June. The studios have everything we needed and Konstantina made our stay unforgetable. It is her way to be and her intention to make almost every wish come true. She picked us up at the port and even managed that all 7 of us came to the ferry at 5:30 in the morning... Too bad, she has no influence on the weather yet, otherwise the boattrip with the "odyssee" would have also been a highlight. This is one of the reasons to come back... And we will!

  A truly wonderful and enchanting place, superb guesthouse with very well run and relaxing accommodations, not to mention the spectacular and breathtaking view. Constantina and Dimitris really went out if their way to show us around and make sure we had a very good time and an unforgettable holiday. Definitely and unreservedly recommended, will do our best to visit again soon.

  We have just returned from 12 days of vacation on the beautiful island of Alonissos, where we stayed in the lovely Konstantina Studios.The studios are in an excellent location 3 minutes walk from the main street of Chora, but they are very quiet and discreet. The panorama from the balconies is facing the sunrise and it is beautiful. Cleaning of the studios is daily and accurate. The studios are well supplied and Konstantina is always available for any application. We are very happy with the choice of this "Greek house" compared to any residence that could be anywhere in the world. We commend them. Thanks again, Konstantina

  A real home way from home

  If you want to sample staying in a traditional Alonissos house, then the Dimitri Villa at Konstantina studios could not be better. We spent a magical week there where the tranquil surroundings and relaxaing atmosphere of Hora really enchanted us. The house is as authentic as they come, tucked away in a great spot just 30 seconds walk from the tavernas of Hora. So quaint and cosy that we spent most of our time relaxing in the blissfully peaceful front yard enjoying regular visits from friendly neighbourhood cats. Enjoy!

  This was a great place to stay. Konstantina met us at the ferry and made sure she had us back to the very early ferry for our return journey. Studios were lovely and big. I would recommend here for a place to stay

  Lovely rooms

  Konstantina has the perfect rooms for Alonnisos. We were there with my husband for 6 days in July 2009 and we could not be happier with our choice of stay. If you go to Alonnisos, the old village is the best and most beautiful place to stay, and Konstantina studios is the perfect place to get you in the mood for vacation from the first moment you enter the room.
  The place is only a few stairs away from the very center of the old village of Alonnisos (no more than 2-3 minutes walk), where all the tavernas and other facilities are. Spacious enough, very nicely decorated, freshly painted, spotlessly clean (cleaning lady came in every day and was very thorough) and had everything one could ask for: refrigerator, small kitchen with equipment, air condition (although we never needed it) and, of course, what every guest at Konstantina studios comments about: a breathtaking view. The view from the balcony was simply stunning, as if one is flying close to the ground. Konstantina is the perfect host and is there to help with anything one may need and to give good recommendations, always with a smile. Excellent value for money. We will definitely go back and, unless you are the type who is looking for large, all-inclusive hotels, Konstantina studios is THE place to stay and enjoy the island.

  Great place to stay

  We spent two weeks here, and are very glad that we chose it. Excellent quality accommodation, an absolutely lovely location, and, as turned out for us to be very important, Konstantina is (extremely) extremely helpful - sorting out for us a thorny problem with our ferry tickets, which otherwise might have ruined our holiday.   Alone in Alonnisos

  We loved the great view from our balcony. We spend five days away from our one year old child, for the first time, we missed her but some times you need o break!!! Old village is the most beautiful spot on the island and an excellent choice to stay. We loved to walk around the old village...all the coffee shops, bars or souvenir shops played really g r e a t music...which creates a nice atmosphere!!! It was like a second honey moon...

  Wonderful holiday

  Truly wonderful place to stay. We were met by Konstantina off the ferry and looked after very well. The studio apartments were clean and very well equipped, the surroundings truly beautiful. We enjoyed a BBQ in the garden and ate out in some of the many tavernas in the old village. Lovely memories!

  Honeymoon

  We spent our honeymoon looking at the sea and the beautiful mountain sides from our balcony, absolutely romantic ! We found everything we hoped for at Konstantinas studios.

  We were welcomed as we stepped off the ferry and whisked up to our lovely appartment which was clean and had all you could need for a perfect stay - close to restaurants and bars or self-catering with a beautiful barbeque area. We were with two other couples and occupied rooms with a communal balcony which was useful for joint meals and drinks. Very well looked after - definitely recommend a stay.

  A place like home!

  Studios are nice with fantastic view on a picturesque village and lovely island; but most important and beautiful are the people. We had spent a great time on our Easter vacation with Konstantina, her family and their friends. Thank you for your hospitality, we really hope to come back soon.

  we stayed this year for the second time in your studio and had again a wonderful time. We love the island with its quiet beaches, especially Tzortzi Giallo, where we were many times.

  Thank you for a great time at your hotel a lovely hotel with a great view over the landscape. And thanks to the nice and friendly cats –special the little cat with holes in her ears (who have done this? shame over that person) she visit us every day on 1 floor, via the vine who grow up to the roof of the hotel. We hope to see her again next time we visit your hotel at Alonissos.
  The island is fantastic and the village is very picturesque. There is good possibility for hike on the island.

The rooms were beautiful and the views spectacular, your hospitality warm and friendly.We would love to return someday as we love Alonissos . We think you are so lucky to live on such a beautiful island,and in your accomodation that is picture perfect(Alicia would have liked a swimming pool but thats children for you;you cant have everything!) - I suspect the boat journeys to get to the island will deter some people from visiting which is probably why Alonissos remains so uncommercial, beautiful and unspoilt-Probably one of the nicest places we have ever visited..thanks ever so much once again,we had no hesitation in recommending you to our friends (and our Olympic rep who lives in Skiathos),and hope to visit again sometime.

  What a find! Fabulous place to stay on a stunning island...We spent many late evenings on our balcony watching the reflection of the moon on the shimmering sea...and not to mention the magical atmosphere in the old town - quaint tavernas and cafes alive with the sound of live bouzouki music - I want to go back now! Thank you so much, Konstantina for making us feel at home and providing us with such a wonderfully well kept and pleasant place to stay.

  We stayed there for one week in august. Konstantina picked us up from the docks.
  We spent a very nice stay there. Konstantina always did her most to help us and make her guest happy. Very clear facilities. The appartments are good and peaceful. The view is overlooking. The village is a lovely picturesque. A very good place for a nice rest!

  A great stay!

  We stayed at Konstantina Studios for a few days in September and were really impressed. Our room was large, clean and airy, and was well located just minutes from the centre of Alonissos town with marvellous views from the balcony. Konstantina was the perfect hostess - she picked us up from the port, gave us lots of great tips and was generally very hospitable and friendly. Also, when I left a phone charger in my room, she went down to the port specially and gave it to one of the ferrymen so I got it in Skopelos the next day! Her hotel comes warmly recommended.   Great value

  We spent three days at Konstanina Studios in September. Had found the recommendation in Lonely Planet and enjoyed our stay a lot. Appartment had everything needed, was quiet, clean, very nice balcony and view, so definitly very good value and worth the warmest recommendation. Plus a great host: Konstantina picked us up at the ferry and even dropped us off again at 6 am on our departure. (Thank you again!)

  Wonderful week

  We spent one week last july in a very pleasant studio with a large balcony opened on the sea and the port of Patitiri. Breakfasts were divine. The studio was large, very clean and quietful and we have a great souvenir of our hostess, Konstantina who was always smiling and friendly.

  Great hotel with spectacular views over the sea. Great hospitallity, very clean rooms with traditional furniture, well equipped kitchenette and very well located in a quite thus easy to reach spot.

  a perfect holiday

  For everybody dreaming of a beautiful, intact Mediterranean environment for their holidays Alonissos is the island to go and Konstantina Studios just the perfect place to stay!
  Neat apartments that are kept in great conditions, nicely furnished, clean and quiet: my husband and I found it to be the ideal accommodation to combine the freedom of being “home” with the typical hotel services (daily cleaning, assistance with transfer from and to the port etc.)
  The apartments are conveniently located in the traditional old town and we discovered that from our balcony we could enjoy probably one of the best views over the island!
  Last but not least, Konstantina herself is a real plus for the place: thanks to her we experienced the most warm and helpful welcome and introduction to what this wonderful island can offer… we just want to thank Konstantina for everything she did and say that we wish to come back soon!
