General information

The beach of Agios Mamas (Town) in Spetses is a seashore filled with a mixture of soft and coarse sand with lots of pebbles minutes away from the island’s port! A popular beach destination, Agios Mamas (or Spetses Town Beach) offers clear waters for swimmers, and is also a fine spot for sunbathers, picnic lovers, and families with children!

The beach, which got its name from the church of Agios Mamas, is partly organized since one may spot a handful of straw-made sun umbrellas and some loungers on its shores. Furthermore, the beach provides a special accessibility ramp that helps wheelchair users to enter the sea waters!

Given that Agios Mamas is right in the town of Spetses, it is surrounded by a plethora of bars, restaurants, and accommodation options, as well as supermarkets and everything one would need for a cozy summertime stay!
