Spetses Agia Marina beach

General information

Named after the homonym church by the waters, the beach of Agia Marina in Spetses is a pebbly shore with some coarse sand where the wave breaks! Featuring a seabed full of small stones, as well as some surrounding pine and cypress trees, Agia Marina is one of the most popular seaside destinations in Spetses, and one may approach it from Spetses Town using a water taxi or the bus!

This is well-organized, having sun loungers and large umbrellas. Furthermore, it features a beachside bar with refreshments, drinks, and meals, whereas bathers can also try out watersports!

It is also worth mentioning that excavations in this region have brought to light interesting findings that date back to the Early Bronze Age. Clay vessels, figurines, and ruins of a fortified wall are only some examples of these discoveries!
