Agistri is a small island with so many places of interest to visit during your summer vacation. Like in all Greek islands, the locals have strong religious beliefs, therefore you will have the chance to enjoy some local feasts that take place in Agistri in the summer period.
Religious feasts & festivals
There is a large panigiri on August 15th in the small church of Panagia in Metohi. This church us accessible on trek.
On July 1st, visitors can attend the feast in the church of Agioi Anargyroi. This is the lovely white and blue church above the beach of Skala.
On July 7th, there is the feast of Agia Kyriaki in Limenaria, Agistri island.
