Aegina Fistiki Festival is back for the 10^th consecutive year to celebrate the new harvest of the most famous product of the island, pistachio!
This four-day celebration, taking place at the coastline of Aegina town, is a unique opportunity for both locals and visitors to taste local pistachio of different kinds in several recipes, like nougat, traditional sweets or pastry sweets with syrup.
