Patra's International Festival 2019

Patra’s International Festival is one of the top summer cultural events with an international character. 
Patras International Festival was founded in 1986 by Thanos Mikroutsikos, its first artistic director, who gave an international orientation to the festival, putting the event on the map of the major festivals in Greece and abroad.
Emphasizing on music, the character of the Festival expanded to include the fields of theatre, dance, film, and visual arts. It became a platform of fruitful and constructive dialogue, a melting pot of ideas and a venue of leading cultural events.
