Travel to Elafonissos by bus

To go by bus from Athens to Elafonissos, tourists have to take the bus to Neapoli and then the ferry from Neapoli to Elafonissos. There are daily buses from Athens to Neapoli, either direct or via Sparti. The bus trip lasts about 6 hours. From Neapoli, there are ferries almost every 30 min to Elafonissos.

Buses from Athens to Neapoli depart from Kifissos KTEL Bus Station. To go to KTEL Kifissos, you take Bus 051 from Omonoia or Bus X93 from the airport of Athens.
