Pictures comments improved

We have improved the picture comments application.
You can now add a comment to your own pictures without needing to approve it. Your own comments will be automatically approved.
You can now, after receiving a comment for one of your pictures, post a reply to the comment.
We have added the button "Approve and reply" which opens a text box where you can add your reply. The comment and your comment's reply will be added together.
