Balloon flights start in Kalamata

A base for balloons is being prepared in Kalamata by TEMES, the premier developer of luxury mixed-use resorts of Costa Navarino. Following the example of Kapadokya in Turkey, it will now be possible to view the region of Messenia and the Aegean Sea from a ballon. This is the first time that such a service is provided in a Greek destination and it is something extremely special for the residents and the visitors of the region.

The landing and takeoff base for the ballons will be on the western side of the Beach Promenade of Kalamata, a place that was temporarily granted to the company by the local municipality, until another base is found. Flights will be daily and will last until October 30th, 2016.
