Vovousa Festival 2024

In celebration of the 10th annual festival, Vovousa Festival 2024 will be taking part in the National Park of Pindos and nearby multiple NATURA2000 protected areas, starting on the 13th of July and concluding on August 10th!

Vovousa, a small village of 35 permanent residents, is the house of this festival, which has a plethora of activities and shows every year! This year’s festivities include a tribute to directress Eva Stefani, the photography exhibition Caryatis featuring artworks of Giorgos Tatakis, and a fantastic collaboration with Orila Records, a wonderful production label and record company! Taking a more in-depth look, Vovousa will host a book showcase, a two-day celebration in the name of Agia Paraskevi, lots of workshops (like a carving seminar for the whole family or a herbal medicine lesson for grown-ups), and various hiking, mountain-climbing, and truffle-hunting activities with the help of experienced climbers!

Additionally, Vovousa Festival will house live concerts and music performances, with its guests being multi-instrumentalist KOSTADIS, DJ Aliki Leftherioti (under the alias of Saber Rider), electronic music composer Panos Alexiadis, songwriter Irini Qn, electronic and folk musician Billie Kirk, fusion jazz group Valia Calda, and a lullaby-themed collaboration between Anna Papaioannou and Alexandra Papastergiotopoulou titled Anna Vs June! Also, do not forget to visit the famous Steki cafeteria and meetup spot, providing snacks, drinks, and all festival merchandise!
