2nd Avaton International Comedy Festival

Then, the International Comedy Festival is here for you bringing you loads and loads of genuine laugh. In the grey everyday life, this genuine festival is bringing along a unique opportunity for a fun time with some of the greatest comedians of our time.
In the two most vibrant cities of Greece, in Athens from the 16th until the 20th and for the first time in Thessaloniki from the 14th until the 17th of June, the 2nd International Comedy Festival will open its doors again in theaters Avaton and Sofouli respectively.
More than 20 comic performances with 60 comedians from Greece and abroad and two theaters in the two cities compose the unique experience of the festival. Social irony, jokes about age and and random pop references are only some of the many comical tricks you can get to enjoy in the festival.
The programme in Athens and in Thessaloniki differs, so you can get to choose whichever is more interesting to you.
No matter in which city you find yourself in during late June, a good laugh is around the corner.
