General information

Sithon beach Halkidiki: Sithonia is quieter than Cassandra. It has more mountains and is still relatively untouched by the touristy rush. It is also full of amazing beaches, some deserted and some frequented: the peninsula offers a wonderful image, combining the amazing blue of the sea with the profound green of the luxurious vegetation.

Like its twin sister, Sithonia offers a wide range of tourist facilities and numerous paradisial endless beaches, shady bays, golden sands and small coves hidden between rocks.

Those are some of the marvels that will charm even the most difficult visitors. On the main road running around the western shores, washed by the clear waters of the Toronaean Gulf, many beaches are following one another, with pure golden sand, crystal-clear turquoise waters and shadowed by beautiful pine-trees. It is located 32 km south east of Poligiros.
