General information

Harami Beach Paxi: Harami beach is located 8 km north of Gaios, the capital of Paxi and withi a walking distance from Lakka, the traditional fishing village that lies around the picturesque harbour. The harbor is built in the centre of a large circular cove, which accommodates two small pebbled beaches, Kanoni and Harami. Both of them can be reached by following a path to the left of the harbor. Harami, the second beach along the path, is a popular destination for swimming in the clear blue and calm waters of the bay.

The beach is covered nby numerous sunbeds and umbrellas while it is sheltered by cypress trees and olive groves offering nice shaded areas for sunbathing under the warm sun. The soft and clear waters become soft-sand floored, ideal for the children activities. A traditional tavern sits at the back of the beach serving snacks, pastries and drinks.

You can enjoy water skiing here, also pedaloes and floats can be rented. The area offers a superb view to Lakka harbor and the yachts that sail in constantly during the summer period. The bay with a small inlet from the sea is popular as a safe and beautiful place to moor the yachts. There is also a lighthouse west of the bay.
