From the Airport to Poros: There’s a bus station outside the airport building. There are buses from the airport to Poros during the day. 
From Sami Port to Poros: There’s a bus station at the main port of Kefalonia, Sami. There are few buses from Sami to Poros during the day. 
Tip: Since buses don’t always stop at every scheduled stop of their itinerary, our advice to visitors is to inform the driver about their final destination, so that he makes a stop there.
