Premier started its operation in 1990. Since then, it provides you with the best quality, by creating something innovative. All vegetables are produced in Premier's farm under strict supervision and in conditions of organic farming, according to the European Union’s rules.

Carefully selected, high-quality products are used for the preparation of all dishes, like fresh fish and meat, extra virgin olive oil and Cephalonian feta. The bread is daily baked and prepared in Premier's workshop.
