New flights by Athens Airways

Athens Airways, the new Greek airline, has announced the beginning of a new airplane route, from Athens International Airport to Corfu Airport Ioannis Capodistrias. The first flight will be held on Friday, October 2nd, and there will be three flights a week. This new route will be of great help for the visitors of this popular island and for its permanent residents, while it will also create a competition atmosphere with the other two Greek airlines, the recently-privatized Olympic Airlines and Aegean Airlines, which realize most of the internal flights in Greece.
