4th Corfu Mountain Trail

The 4th Corfu Mountain Trail will take place on Sunday, February 1st, 2015, having as departure and terminal point the square of the seaside village of Benitses. Departure time is 8:00 am. This running competition is bordered by the villages Benitses, Gastouri, Agioi Deka, Ano Garouna and Stavros.
In particular there will be two main trails: the Olive Tree Trail of 17km and the Rail Trail of 37 km, both crossing large olive groves, a region of natural beauty in southern Corfu and old hiking paths. The altitude difference of the large route is 2020 meters and of the small route is 1000 meters. There is also a smaller hiking path of 5km called The Water Path.
Registration date for the 4th Corfu Mountain Trail expires on January 28th, 2015.
