I booked this cruise last minute, just a week before departure date and I am so happy I took it! It was my first time sleeping in a cabin and I liked the experience. Fortunately I didn't get seasick not once. I was very stressful about that because the previous time in Greece just two hours on a ferry made me dizzy for the whole day. I was my second time in Instanbul so I knew where to go and what to see. I enjoyed this visit more and I went uback to all my favourite corners in this big city. No need to say, the Greek islands are magnificent. Mykonos had this strong energy, Heraklion was fairly busy and Rhodes looked so romantic with these Medieval Castles and churches. Visiting the Greek islands is always a great experience.

Everything was great but when we ordered our tickets online we thought we had booked the tickets for my wife and I next to each other. When we got on the boat, we realized we were sitting apart from each other. When you book, make sure the seating is clear so that tickets are booked in pairs or groups when needed. There were several people around up that were split up from partners and family members.

The car I rented in Lefkada was generally in acceptable state, except ai first I was led to believe that my initial price included insurrance. You should show all cost at front, it is better for the client to manage his money, although even with the insurance fare, you still have the lowest prices.

Trip was superb (from Santorini to Naxos with return, Blue Star). Ferry was on time and departed on time arriving ahead of time. The staff was very helpful and made for an enjoyable holiday. I ordered the tickets from England and arrived well before
departure. Nice system, guys!

Trip from Athens to Mykonos was nice and comfortable, but can't find many helpful staffs. Still satisfied with other facilities and feelings of the boat. Next time I come to Greece, I will use your service again but I hope they will have more entertains for visitors on board.

I travelled with Dodecanisos Catamaran from Kos to Kalymnos. I was very happy with the trip. No delay and staff gave clear instructions and vessel was comfortable. My granddaughter travelled on the same catameran 3 days later when the sea was not so calm. She felt sea sick and said that she would have liked some instructions for disposal if she needed to use a sick bag. Fortunately she was not sick.

The local car dealer on Milos was very good and accommodating. He met us at the airport as scheduled and was flexible as to return time. I have utilized your website often and like the format and specific information provided about acommodations. I am a travel agent but turn to you when my other sources fail.
Thanks for everything.

I would be nice to have an online seating plan for customers so that they can book themselves the seats they like. This way, we can book seats together or apart, window or not, alley or middleway, etc, to be better prepared for the trip and avoid any bad surprises.

The ferry left on time but arrived a little bit late. Helpful staff, not much to do on board. It was irritating that the TVs were all on in the airline seats that we had booked so it was not easy to sleep (we have a 9 year old daughter who was not well). It would be nice to have more peaceful areas and more comfortable seats. Also, the food in the cafe was not good, all greasy pies, nothing healthy.

We hired a car from Athens for five days in March. Our hire car was droped off at our hotel and we droped it off at the port, so it was very easy to find. One thing that we weren't informed of is that they put the car into a parking area so we had to pay the fee to get the car out even though we were waiting in the lobby at the arranged time
and they could have just parked out the front. The fee was under 10 euros.
The man who was with the car was polite but did not go out of his way to be helpful. His English was poor and this created difficulties with regards to previous damage on the car and information about the gps unit. There was minor damage in the car and a cigarette burn on the floor mats but it was nice and clean and did not smell of smoke.
We payed an extra 10 euros per day to get a gps unit with our rental. We either got a poor quality or old one or the maps for Greece are not up to the same standard as America or Australia. There we a lot of main roads that were not registered on the gps. It could not tell us that certain streets were one way streets and in the majority of the towns we visited it did not have any details inside the town including streets, hotels, sightseeing etc. These towns included Olympia, Sparti and Meterora.
